Procurement & Production Coordinator
Part Time Position- 15-20 hours per week spread out over a minimum of 4 business days with room to grow in hours and responsibilities

Hanover Avenue is a luxury residential interior design firm known for creating beautiful spaces for delightful clients across the country and abroad! Principal Designer, Anne Tollett, and her close knit team are looking for a new employee who will focus on procurement and logistics as our projects are brought to life. No interior design experience is necessary!
SKILL REQUIRED
Proficiency in Excel and all Google Suite applications
Ability to think ahead, manage workflow and work on multiple projects at different stages
Strong organizational and problem solving skills with a team spirit
Detail and process oriented with the ability to retain information
Professional, friendly, energetic demeanor
The ability to take initiative and a love of keeping systems running smoothly
An understanding of the design trade
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Expediting/Purchasing
Assist the purchasing manager in all aspects of her role including.
Run weekly reports to track status of ordered items to assist the design team in forecasting installs.
Check in with vendors for status updates as you help progress orders along.
Proactively develop relationships with vendors to negotiate the best terms
Keep purchasing software up to date with the status of all items.
Interface with the receiving company to track items as received.
Travel to the out of town warehouse 2-4 times a year.
Assist with installs and inspections in and out of town.
Assist the design team with getting quotes and entering items into Studio Designer.
Interface with vendors to resolve deficient products.
Helping with returns.
HA internal receiving and inventory, and billing associated with that process.
