INTERIOR DESIGNER
The position of Interior Designer contributes to our success by collaborating with other staff on all phases of project design. The Designer will work under direction of the Senior Designers & Principal to create finish, fabric, and furnishings palettes and source materials. The Designer will be expected to contribute to project-related tasks, client meetings, and contractor communication. The designer will be responsible for working within furnishings budgets and work to keep projects on time and in budget. This is currently a parttime role but can transition to a fulltime position by 2027.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years experience in high-end residential design
Proficiency in Studio Designer, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, and Excel
Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects across various phases
Experience in management and coordination of ff&e specification deliverables/implementation and available vendor/fabricators
Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable interfacing with clients, vendors, architects, and builders.
Must be able to perform field visits/measurements and design production services including site visits, reviewing control samples and shop drawings, coordinating with consultants, manufacturers, and contractors.
